No one is saying watery eyes means you are an alcoholic!!!!!!!
I thought that was EXACTLY what was being said!
If so, it's not accurate, at least across the board. I have (and have had, for many a year) watery eyes. I'm no teetotaler, but at 78 I'm quite able to confidently state that I'm not an alcoholic, despite chronic watery eyes.
