they are in season now and they are great. Try this out it is my secret recipe that everyone knows

Cut the tops of some green peppers
mix up some ground beef (you could use turkey or something else if you like), 1 egg, and some instant rice, and a chopped onion
and mix well

Pack it into the green peppers
add a large can of tomato soup (my secret)
add a can of crushed tomatoes
add a can of water

cook for about 2 hours 400 degrees
really really good, and easy ... the tomato soup counters the bitterness of the green pepper

don't use hot peppers use the green bell peppers
