It's still been in the nineties here plus we are inundated with smoke from the California fires. The Bookcliffs, the Grand Mesa, and the Colorado National Monument rise up thousands of feets above three sides of the desert valley here, but you wouldn't know it the past few days...all you can see are faint outlines behind an ugly yellow miasma of smoke. They've issued health warnings.

Still, inside is not too bad. Morgan moved a couple of small tables in the living room, setting up the small music keyboard on one of them, by an outlet, so he can play more easily; the other table is his child-sized card table, in his corner now for easy access for art projects, etc. Still his stuff spills over. I have three baskets on an old trunk, each of them handy receptacles for his little toys, etc. which seem to proliferate.:-)

I soaked the dishes two days ago..the smoke has been getting to me, so I haven't done them, yet. Maybe by tomorrow. Have done laundry, at least.
