If we get this diabetes epidemic..which is realted to heart disease etc..under control, cost of health care goes way down. And we have to absolutely take responsibility for our own health management. Unfortunately much advice given is harmful so we also have to educate ourselves and test test test. There is no getting around testing, because otherwise you are at the mercy of misinformation.
