A recently seen brief book review sounded interesting but not enough so to look for the book. The title was something that suggested "red neck(?) or southern(?) phrases" and the example given was:

"Well Butter my butt and call me a bisquit."

I have (very rarely) heard that phrase used, and suspect that it, and similar ones that may be in the book, might be used in contexts similar to "Bob's your uncle" - and other similar "exclamations."

This suggests that the scope of the thread might be extensible to include a wide variety of such ejaculations exclamations; but at present I can't think of any good ones to offer for comparison or discussion.
