My first Festival and I enjoyed it hugely. I didn't get to see quite as many main shows as I would have liked but I loved Ross Ainslie & Jarlath Henderson, Breabach and The Wilsons.

But mainly I enjoyed the atmosphere in general. Pig Dyke Molly were brilliant, as were Shropshire Bedlams on the Monday. The Drumming workshop was fantastic, and I loved the way that wherever you went there were ppl playing various instruments.

There were some great sessions, in particular the one in the Beer Hut on Sunday evening.

All in all, a really enjoyable weekend.
