Who knew Ruth Wallis wrote two songs about dinghies? Here's the other one:

Davy's is the only one for me.

You'd think with just a little dinghy, it could not be done,
But Davy mans that dinghy like a man behind a gun.

5. Now other sailors bring me things from Spain and Biarritz.
Some are too big and some are too small; the darn things just don't fit,
But Davy has the knack; that's why I give him such a hug,
'Cause whenever he gives me something, it fits snug as a bug in a rug.

6. Someday we'll wed and then I'll keep him under key and lock,
