I actually used his real name in them and was advised that keeping the thtread open might harm my chances of a conviction... This loonie has since been arrested after I went to the commonwealth's attorney and swore out a criminal complaint...
And, yeah, the guy is a loonie... I don't know about white trash but definately a loonie if the highest order...
And I have given some thought to a civil suit seein' as the IBS corresponds closely with the heaviest nights of shootings... Some night he would fire over three hundred live rounds of ammunition at a so-called back stop... Unfortunately our farm is right behind his so-called backstop and the local deputies had talked with him several times about me reporting stray bullets flyin' thry trees just overhead...
