Well, the Court is sufficinetly packed with Republican corporate puppets completely willing to be as "activist" as any court in American history... The Walmarts of America do indeed have the votes (5-4) with this court...
But then again, we wouldn't want to stiffle the corporatist's 1sdt ammendment rights to own the governemnt, would we???
