Yes, but if they understood that they are currently paying for those without insurance, and if they understood that they are paying a lot more for the care that is being given than they would pay if such people had access to good medical care before they become seriously ill, and if they had any business sense at all, they would realize it's in their best interest to ensure that everyone has access to good medical care.
