One confusing thing in Greece is "yes" and "no" ..."no" is oXee (X as above) and is accompanied by a slight sideways movement of the head, while "yes" is neh, accompanied by a slight click of tongue behind teeth and a sharp upwards move of head. Sometimes you just get the head movements. Which sort of go against normal body language here in the UK at least.
