Yesterday the bane of my life turned up and parked his car to block mine in while clearing his garden patch. I follow the belief on a badge I found while sorting, "Never attribute to malice what can be adequately explained by stupidity", but I couldn't go out to ask him to move in case he regarded this as harassment - he's accused me of this to an official body, according to a letter I have. So there I am, trapped. I managed to pack many more books, and have run out of book boxes. I have put aside three for Oxfam.
I have had the letter from the solicitor asking me in to sign and exchange contracts! Soon all will be over. Apart from needing more boxes - it's amazing how much more room books take when they aren't on shelves.
