and in any case, I wonder if 'entrapment' is involved in any of this. I have seen no assertions that ACORN employees had suggested any illegal activity of this sort before Fox invented the idea and went out to see if if they could get someone to bite.
The claim by ACORN is that they pulled these 'stings' for several months before they got any suckers. I'd venture that in almost any large organization, 'some' lower level employees could be found who would say similar things. Remember, there is not even any allegation by FOX that ACORN employees did anything more than offer 'suggestions'.
