Fried baloney sandwiches on white bread. Sometimes when mom was out, Dad would make dinner and that's what he often fixed. My brother and I though it was a rare treat. He'd make slits in the boloney (technically "bologna" I guess, so it wouldn't curl up in the pan and we'd eat it on Wonder bread - no mayo or mustard, just the fried boloney in all it's salty goodness...
