It is far easier to stick to a diet if you allow a treat now and then. I lost 30 pounds in 4 months by sticking to: nonfat plain yogurt for break; salad and humous for lunch; brocoli and chicken breast (boneless, skinless) for supper, with salsa. But on Sunday - a cheese omelet with homefries and a double choc muffin which usually lasted me until Tuesday. I still stick to a low carb diet - except for treats now and then. Strict self-denial is not good for the soul but the music helps, yes?
