Two different issues: whether ACORN is still legally operating in MD, and whether it is 'responsible' for actions some of its employees may or may not have engaged in in several states.

IF it needs to re-do its charter or permits, that should be decided by proper authorities and dealt with. I see that document, but I have no way of knowing what it is about.

The other issue is whether Fox and their 'crew' created a fake story to entrap someone and what the relevance is. It is so obviously an attempt to get something...anything... 'on' ACORN,,,but it sure doesn't look to me like anyone at ACORN is guilty of anything except a couple of employees being stupid.
