I wish I hadn't seen that mention of sweetened condensed milk/dulce de leche. Fortunately I don't have any in the cabinet, otherwise I'd be reaching for it. My great grandmother used to babysit me when I was little and I still remember those butter and sugar sandwiches on white bread - they were sooooo good. (Trying to resist the urge to go make a butter and sugar sandwich...)
