I THINK I found the tune, but no words; this is called Roxanna rather than Roxanne. It is by Bill Monroe, and I found it the Fiddler's Fake Book, Oak Pub. By David Brody. You are going to have to get the phrasing yourself, it was just too complicated to try to get all in the abc. I hope you can deal with abc!!
