Can't recommend him highly enough!! I started with his Qi Gong Flow for Beginners. Also have Qi Gong for Seniors in which his mom demonstrates it sitting down; and a couple of others. More later.:-)

That sucks on ebay...more packaging expense for the sellers and no control over how carriers treat our packages. *Sigh*
