Are you saying that there is something "underclass" or "lower class" about "trade schools???"

In 2008 China graduated 120,000 engineers; the US graduated 60,000 (source: Jim Risch, my Republican senator). The per-capita doesn't matter one damn -- the US is falling far, far behind. India has already caught up with China in the number of engineering graduates.

Consider further education: Mandarin or Gujarati might be appropriate.
