Virginia, when I don't have enough bananas for a batch I mash what I have, put it in the freezer in my plastic-lined container and stick a note on top with the number in the box so far. You can accumulate them one at a time or any number, up to what you use for your batch. If you freeze fewer at a time then you can combine them for bread or use the lower number for other recipes (muffins, etc.) That sounds like a good idea, "Love Food Hate Waste." What is it?

I didn't get a day off today after all. I've worked extra time trying to get some things off of my desk in time for an early meeting tomorrow. Maybe later this week.

Mother Nature is killing us with kindness this year. It is raining again tonight (Flash flood watch overnight). My eggplants are a mess, they're just way too wet. My tomatoes aren't fruiting. Yech.
