Why not rendezvous at one of the stalls - say Hobgoblin, for the sake of argument? I'm sure they'd be glad to act as a dead letterbox if we all missed each other, especially if they think they might sell someone an Overton Low D or something. If I make it - see earlier post - and unless someone suggests a better idea, I'll check there at 2.30pm both Friday and Saturday (which leaves the mornings clear for sleeping, towpath walks etc. If any of us turn up and get no takers, we can leave a message with the stall to say we're around and will be back at some other specified time.
