Should we establish a Mudcat chapter of the Over the Bars Club? I'd guess that my own most humiliating accident was when, while leaning over a water fountain to get a drink (with both feet on the ground), I didn't hold the front brake tightly enough, the wheel rolled out from under me, and I landed on the concrete head-first. Split my bike helmet right in half-lucky I was wearing one!
