Rogers, my ISP, just did a scheduled virus scan on my computer and did not find anything.

Which seems a tad odd because the computer Rogers did the scan on is one of my backup PCs used only for secure design files and contract documents.... it is not connected to the internet at present.

Soooo, how did Rogers perform an online scan? Or is Rogers performing and online scam?
