One option for people who are either not going on HRT or who are going off HRT is hormone creams. There are estrogen creams, progesterone creams, and estrogen/progesterone creams. They're quite effective, they use only naturally occurring hormones (no synthetic hormones) and have no side effects when used properly. I've been using them for years with very good results.
