The 'Corner Boys' mentioned above by Phil is not a group, but the name of an album. This particular group of Cork musicians who play old-timey and bluegrass are called the Lee Valley String Band.

The track on their 'Corner Boys' album on the Corner House label is titled 'Wilbur Forbes'. Below is my transcription - there's no much to it. The first part of line 3 could be something different from my surmise.

WILBUR FORBES

Long instrumental intro

I love to eat so I must have meat for my taters and my gravy
Wilbur Forbes, get off that horse and bring him in for lunch
And I have ?   and skins and things, enough to feed the navy
Wilbur Forbes, get off that horse and bring him in for lunch

My hospitality (horsespitality) I offers to ya,
So don't say nay (neigh) and run away
As if I never knew ya
A loin for me, a groin for you
We'll barbecue the saddle too
Wilbur Forbes, get off that horse and bring him in for lunch

Instrumental

Repeat both stanzas above

Instrumental

Repeat second stanza

Oh Wilbur Forbes, oh Wilbur Forbes,
Oh Wilbur Forbes, oh Wilbur Forbes
Get off that horse and bring him in for lunch

The missing word in stanza 1 sounds like 'quims' which could be right given the 'loin' and 'groin' and 'feeding the navy'. Maybe it's a brothel. Just a thought.
