Well, I eat chicken tikka masala quite often here in the US. And one of the finest Indian groceries I've ever been in is in Jackson Heights, NYC, not too far from Suffet's natural habitat.

(Michael, I think you'll find that chicken marsala, with an "r," is a quite different Italian dish based on marsala wine.)
