I never said that the proportion of gifted people with learning disabilities was greater than anyone else. Again, someone is putting words in my mouth. I said it is common. I am going on anecdotal evidence only and I have not claimed that I have any statistical evidence to back it up. As someone who has learning disabilities myself, I tend to notice when I hear accounts of creative people and sports figures also, who say they had difficulties in school, and how that contributed to their choice of career.
