Well, I think a venue that offered both electric and acoustic blues, as well as occasional folk, bluegrass, world music etc, might be a great idea.
Dani, have you ever run a club before? I believe it requires some fairly strong management, bookkeeping, and booking skills. This place has a liquor license, I'm sure. I'm curious as to what the price includes? There is no real estate involved at that price I would imagine, so you're getting restaurant/bar fixtures, PA system, employees, and the good name and blue sky of the Blue Bayou. You start changing the music a bit and that could go away, I suppose.
I might consider an investment if somebody could put this together.
