How asinine and sad...we can't destruct our own home planet fast enough, so we have to start on the moon, now, too? And, I agree, McGrath...what gives the USA the authority to do this? This is an insult and assault that is despicable.
Also, if the plume will be visible on Earth, I have doubts it will be as small as they are projecting.
