A projectile launched from space would hit the earth with a force exceeding many atomic bombs with no fallout to contend with. Does anyone else but me think it is a military test? To my thinking it is the perfect weapon, all the damage but none of the collateral issues associated with atomic weapons. And by definition it would not be an atomic weapon bypassing all the treaties.
