Okay, the businessman in me wants to see the books... Folks generally don't sell profitable businesses without some good reason... Yeah, the owner may just be worn out runnin' the joint... So??? Why not hire someone to run it??? So I have alot of questions...

Plus, in order to run any joint that mixes food with entertainment you'df better make some real decent money on the food and drink 'cause, at best, you'll break even on the entertainment... Might of fact, most of these joints use the entertainment to sell food and drink, not vice versa...

So, someone needs to talk with the owner and get some numbers like gross sales, expenses, etc... Business 101...

Also, I haven't been to Hillsboro but I know where it is and it could pull from Raleigh/Durham and Greesboro but I'm not sure what level of talent one would have to book to draw from those markets... There is a successful blues club in Charlotte, The Double Door, that does book high level talent and is able to draw folks with that... Not too sure about Hillsboro... That's the kinda stuff that anyone would want to know before plunkin' down some cash... Also, the value of the business shouldn't exceed much more than the assests...
