I now have a reply from Facebook. It asks if I have resolved the issue. That's it. That's the reply. If ***I*** have resolved the issue?!?! How the F*C* can ****I**** resolve the issue?!?!

So I replied, just copying my previous email. This was yesterday. No reply today. Ah, well, it's only identity fraud - nothing urgent or important.
