I've had two ACeR's in succession, an XP machine and a Vista machine. I find them excellent value for the money. I've kept both of them pretty busy over the last few years. One thing they had that I liked, true stereo line-in ports, long after most other brands had dispensed with them and brazenly tacked on a second headphone jack.

I am keeping an eye out for a new machine that will come pre loaded with the new MSoft OS, System 7. The newer ACeRs apparently have dispensed with their line inputs, too, alas.
