Replete with good food ,wine and splendid company, I have returned to Nottingham, from the annual NH-Uk Friendship meeting at Acorns UNH, the Menu was pear salad, Filet Mignon and Creme Brulee the wines were a positive LAKE of dry sack sherry, a Californian Cb.Sauv and Grand Marnier and coffee. The company was 'Mudge and Linn and Jeri and the whole thing was "chust sublime" to quote Para Handy, for some reason I feel a bit tired and emotional and am going to lie down
