he was a talented man in his field, and I don't wish to rain on the parade, but my abiding memory of 'My Music' was the occassion when they all guffawed over recordings of English traditional singers (possibly Sam Larner and Harry Cox), sneering smugly about "drunks you meet on the tube late at night". Give me Larner over Wallace for an English folk song any day.
