How about Nassau to Boston? I make it about 290 degrees, right? Of course, allowing for the Gulf Stream drift, maybe we need to head due west until we lose sight of the Great Isaac Light, or consume one liter of Jameson's whichever comes first, then adjust to 290, assuming the wind stays in the South.
