I have now read the Magi thread. First, I repeat, plainly it is about religion. In England, possibly the second largest audience for the 'cat, most people have no interest whatsoever in ecclesiastical music. Religion is a minority interest (and how!) over here.

Secondly, I think you are ungrateful. The responses you got bar a couple of flippant ones, seem both relevant and informative.
