I believe that Brian Childs of Darlington Folk Workshop/Darlington Mummers has a song about it.
BUT I think he wrote it himself.
BUT if he did he probably researched it well first and may know if there are any broadsides.
So if anyone mknows Brian can you please point him min the direction of this thread.

There is a small railway museum at 6 Station Rd, Darlington, DL3 01325 460532. Might be worth trying them.
