Whew! The Mudcat was down when I got up, and I thought I'd lost the recipe! So I browsed the web and found lots of recipes, some more "authentic" than others. But most of them had currants- so I've converted your recipe to US, added currants, and it's going in the oven this morning. Wish me luck!
