I use it on my Mac when I am working on a document at home that I need to be able to open on my office PC, and I did all the forms for my private practice with it. I have no complaints.

When I do have to switch around between OpenOffice and MS Office I do lose some formatting sometimes. It is probably fixable, but I haven't messed around with it to see.
