What with elections to correct elections (now incorrected), the minions of Madoff facing time, balloon boys and ballots ballyhooed in the great off-year Obama test, we have been diverted, severely diverted, from a momentous event that almost changed the way the Antipodes eats and dreams. I refer of course to the adoption of a vegamite spread that is not pure vegamite. And the decision to name it "vegamite iSnack 2.0 "

Now, those from down under are actually divided between two types of people: "Vegamite" people and "Marmite" folks, In fact, the rest of the world is similarly divided between people who would be marmite people or vegamite people, given the choice, or a visit to ANZ territory.
