I am smiling at the thought of this wee lass, with the big voice. She is one of those people who change the air pressure in a room, just by walking in. Please pass on to her that Big Mick thinks of her often and fondly. It is quite a testament to the grand lady she is that wherever she trod, the path is crowded with friends.

As to her condition, it is a vile thing, and I detest it. There is something wrong in the world when one who brings such joy to others is laid low with this.
