This is terrible news.
I just can't believe it.
She was an amazing singer songwriter and I am so proud that she recorded her only album on my label. I knew Mary had been ill on and off for the past five years or so.
I had kept in touch through her partner Fran. Mary often laughingly told me she wanted to be a recluse, but those buggers out there wouldn't let her.

You will be sadly missed, but your voice will be there for those of us who loved you.
