Morning Star brand (found in the frozen foods section - usually near the frozen waffles, for some reason at most major grocery chains) sells several tasty meat substitute products. We like their "griller" hamburgers, veggie bacon, veggie sausage, and ground "beef", which I use quite successfully to make pasta sauces and chili.

We prefer the Morning Star grillers to Boca Burgers.

I've tried a number of soy sausages over the years, and generally find them to be quite good, and often use them in rice dishes.
