pulse and cereal? What does that mean?


I developed the flu as a child after my first taste of shrimp. It took years to get past it. This is something different. It has happened before and as I think about it it has always been triggered by my seeing something revolting about the food industry. The last I saw a documentary on chicken processing and couldn't even walk by the meat department in a supermarket without retching. This time it was the ground up baby chicks.

It is as much psychological as physical. So I just go with it.
