Two of the three core staples you'll ideally keep in your cupboard.
Which (if memory serves correctly..) when any TWO are combined, provide all amino acids required for the body to synthesise complete protein for itself.

Pulses are basically Beans, Peas & Lentils, also referred to as Legumes.
Cereals/Grains include: Wheat, Bulghur, Rice, Oats.
