Haven't found the lyrics yet. Apparently, Shaun Davey wrote the soundtrack, although I don't know if he wrote this song. I've been very impressed with his music.
Here's what they say about the song at last.fm:This is a lament, sung from the point of view of Argentinian women who lost family members to the military government that ruled there throughout the 70’s, up until early 1983. Collectively, these victims are called “los desaparecidos” - “the disappeared.” The numbers of the disappeared are not clear, but the consensus is that many tens of thousands of Argentinians were murdered, forcibly deported without warning or notification to their family, or imprisoned for political actions against the regime.
