By the way, the figure, in the first link, said "The cost of serving such high numbers of uninsured is driving the crisis in the county's public health care system. You do the math...almost 10,000 emergency room visits a day!!!!!    ('LAC' is L.A. County, ie. 'system wide')

We simply can't afford this!!...as I've said in an earlier post.
