We have a local farm animal shelter that has a public open house for people to come feed the animals...including turkeys...just before Thanksgiving.http://farmsanctuary.org/farm/ca/

One year they showed some expose' videos at a local theatre
which i am sure must have turned a lot of people into vegetarians.

the "mercyforanimals" video reveals conditions so horrible that i
am not going to post a link here...if you see it, be prepared to
give up bacon, pork, sausage, ham, hot dogs and the like forever!!

After watching it i am not sure i want to eat ANYTHING today!
